According to the needs of business development, with the approval of the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Lingang New Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the name of our company was officially changed from "Kilpatrick Intellectual Property Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd." to "Kairtopo Intellectual Property Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd." The relevant name change matters are hereby declared as follows:

1. Our company has officially changed its name to "Kane Topology Intellectual Property Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd." on March 22, 2023.

2. After the change of the company's name, the business entity and legal relationship remain unchanged, and the original contracts and agreements continue to be valid.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the change of company name.
