Empowering Global IP Governance & Cooperation with Professional Expertise | Cantoop Core Team Attends the 148th INTA Annual Meeting in London

2026-05-06

From May 2 to 6, 2026, the 148th Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA) was held in London. As a flagship event on the global intellectual property calendar, the summit gathered over 10,000 IP professionals worldwide. Centered on Law and Policy, Commercialization of Intangible Assets, and Technology Shaping the Future of IP, the occasion served as a premier platform for high-level strategic dialogue and international cooperation.

Led by Yuan Dade, President of Cantoop, the company’s core delegation — including Li Minjie, Director of the International Department, and Yuan Xi, Director of Business Development — took an active part in the week-long summit.

As a leading end-to-end intellectual property service provider, Cantoop has maintained a consistent presence at INTA events for years. This year, the company once again sent its senior management team to engage in in-depth exchanges with the global IP community. Drawing on profound industry expertise and forward-looking strategic insights, President Yuan Dade led the team in key dialogues with international counterparts and enterprise representatives, focusing on cross-border IP enforcement, global brand architecture and overseas market expansion strategies.

Li Minjie, Director of the International Department and a key strategist behind Cantoop’s global layout, closely tracked adjustments to international IP policies and emerging trends in service innovation. With rich experience in overseas business expansion and cross-border service standardization, he shared proven practices in IP prosecution and enforcement, and further consolidated global partnerships to scale up Cantoop’s international service network.

Yuan Xi, Director of Business Development, focused on analyzing dynamic market demands. Supported by solid expertise in client relationship management, she conducted in-depth communication with global brand owners and IP practitioners to capture emerging demands, strengthen long-term partnerships, and explore new collaborative opportunities.

A major highlight of this year’s conference was the growing influence of Chinese voices in global IP affairs. For the first time, a representative from the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) delivered a keynote speech. In addition, officials from the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate and the State Administration for Market Regulation attended the China Law Enforcement Forum, fully demonstrating China’s rising influence and firm commitment to global IP governance.

Cantoop’s continuous participation in INTA mirrors the steady advancement of its internationalization strategy, and embodies the active participation of Chinese IP service institutions in global exchanges. By demonstrating the professional capabilities and comprehensive strength of China’s IP industry, Cantoop keeps facilitating integration between localized services and global standards.
