On October 12-13, 2023, under the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Intellectual Property Office, hosted by the Shanghai Pudong New Area Intellectual Property Office, organized by the Intellectual Property School of Shanghai University Law School and Shanghai Intellectual Property Training Base (Shanghai University), and co-organized by the National Intellectual Property Information Service Center of Shanghai University, the "2023 (8th) Pudong Enterprise Presidents Intellectual Property Advanced Seminar" was successfully held in the Hui Hall of Dongyi Hotel in Pudong New Area. We will take this valuable opportunity to cultivate professionals with complex intellectual property management capabilities, improve their professional knowledge and skills, and apply these knowledge to practical work, actively participate in the cause of promoting the high-quality development of intellectual property work, and provide better services for rights holders.

The senior seminar on intellectual property rights for corporate presidents focused on "intellectual property value driving and compliance management", and invited the heads of relevant departments such as Shanghai Intellectual Property Office, Pudong New Area Intellectual Property Office, and Pudong New Area Party Committee Organization Department, intellectual property executives from well-known enterprises such as Alibaba and Cloudwalk Technology, senior experts from Tongji University, Shanghai University and other universities, and China Integrated Circuit Intellectual Property Alliance, Senior leaders from the Intellectual Property Arbitration Court of Shanghai Arbitration Commission and other institutions gave special speeches and interactive discussions.
