On May 6, 2023, after receiving a telephone notice from the relevant brand, the Forest Police Station of the He County Public Security Bureau conducted a study and judgment on the clues collected, and finally determined to file a case for investigation of the target involved in the case.

After a period of investigation, the police found that the person involved in the case, Xiao, was in Dongguan City, Guangdong, and on June 6, 2023, the police of Anhui Province went to Dongguan City, Guangdong Province to arrest Xiao, and after arriving, the police handling the case waited through the personnel touch, squatted and waited, and finally arrested Xiao and He Moumou, who produced and sold counterfeit products, and seized Xiao's fake warehouse, and seized more than 2,000 counterfeit nail clipper sets and outer packaging and other items involved in the case.

After interrogation, the suspects Xiao and He sold counterfeit brand nail clippers for a total of more than 50 yuan from the beginning of 2022 to June 2023, and the products sold flowed to many provinces across the country. According to the confessions of the suspects Xiao and He, the police followed the vine again and arrested Liu, who co-produced counterfeit brand nail clippers with them.

After arriving at the case, the above-mentioned suspects confessed to the crime of producing and selling goods with counterfeit registered trademarks. On June 25, 2023, the above three suspects have been taken criminal coercive measures by the Anhui Provincial and County Police in accordance with the law. The detection of this case has effectively cracked down on the criminal act of manufacturing and selling counterfeit products, and protected the intellectual property rights and interests of the brand.
