Recently, the Public Security Bureau of Wuhe County, Bengbu City, Anhui Province successfully cracked a case involving counterfeit registered trademarks of internationally renowned brand pots, and so far 20 criminal suspects have been arrested, and 5 counterfeiting dens have been destroyed, with an amount of more than 800 yuan involved, and more than 60 yuan of losses for the infringed enterprises, and the follow-up recovery work is still continuing to advance.

In July 2024, a well-known brand potware company in Shanghai entrusted a third party to report to the forest police station of the Wuhe County Public Security Bureau, saying that someone in the Wuhe area sold counterfeit pots and pans of the brand online, causing heavy losses to the company. The police quickly locked up three suspects in Wuhe County who opened an online store, Du, Chen, and Luo. The pots and pans sold by the three were identified by the brand company as fake and constituted infringement, and after verification by the police, the sales amount reached the standard of criminal offenses.
